Partial Planning with Day of Coordination

Duties and services during your planning process will include: 

• Initial consultation to learn about the couples needs and expectations for their wedding day (to be scheduled upon signature of the contract)
• Unlimited phone calls and emails (from day of contract signature through wedding day)
• Planning checklist with list of client responsibilities vs. planner responsibilities during the planning process 
• Shared online wedding file for all contracts and important wedding documents
• Support with venue selection including wedding day logistics plan and budget comparison
• Scheduling of and attendance at venue tours once top 3 have been selected to aid in final selection if desired 
• Assignment of vendors for all desired package vendor services such as officiant, florist, music/entertainment, cake, rentals & décor, catering, and photography/videography 
• Direct referrals to professional team of tried-and-true vendors for all wedding services client is responsible for such as hair & makeup, and photography/videography (if not part of package)
• Communication with all assigned vendors during planning process 
• Timeline creation to include selection of ceremony time, to aid in deciding time amounts or services needed for or from each vendor 
• Creation of Décor Design 

Duties during the final month prior to your wedding will include: 

• One-month prior to wedding date consultation to:
  • Collect all wedding party and immediate family members contact information
  • Finalize wedding timeline to include all important events for family & wedding party 
  • Finalize master timeline to include all important vendor information 
  • Create processional and recessional order for ceremony
  • Finalize music selections for prelude, processional, recessional and during ceremony
  • Review décor design for both ceremony and reception 
  • Create floor plan for ceremony, including reserved seating for the first row (and beyond if necessary)
  • Create floor plan for reception space, including reserved seating (if necessary)
  • Finalize vendor list and review vendor obligations
• Distribution of a detailed wedding timeline for contracted vendors one week prior to wedding date
• Distribution of detailed wedding timeline for family and wedding party one week prior to wedding date
• Oversight of and communication with all vendors, included in the package or directly contracted by couple 

Duties and services on the day prior and day of the ceremony will include:  

• Wedding Rehearsal Supervision (1-hour day prior to ceremony)
• On-site coordination service at the ceremony and reception location on the day of your wedding prior to first vendor arrival through important events at the reception 
• Coordination and supervision of all contracted vendors on the day of the wedding
• Coordination of all family and wedding party members on the day of the wedding 
• Oversight and implementation of the Wedding Timeline 
• Oversight and implementation of the Ceremony Order 
• Oversight and implementation of Décor Design 

Please note that the services listed above do not include running any wedding related errands such as picking up or delivering attire, supplies or equipment, documents, etc. As the client, you will rely on me to work as many hours as may be reasonably necessary to fulfill my obligations under this agreement.
