Day of coordination service is for the couple who need partial assistance with planning and desire full day coordination on day of wedding. ​Included with this service:

• Initial consultation to learn about needs and expectations for your wedding day
• Unlimited phone calls and emails to answer questions or provide guidance during your planning process
• Direct referrals to tried and true vendors for all wedding services 
• Creation and distribution of detailed wedding timeline for all wedding party and family members
• Oversight of wedding party and family members on day of wedding
• Oversight of all vendors on day of wedding 
  
• Creation and distribution of detailed ceremony order to include order of entrance, exit and all music 
• Wedding rehearsal service (1 hour on day prior to ceremony) 
• On site coordination service and timeline implementation on day of wedding starting prior first vendor arrival through important events at reception 

Full Service Planning & Coordination$3000

Full service planning & coordination is for the couple who prefer assistance with every aspect of their wedding from start to finish. ​Included with this service: 

• Initial consultation in person or by Zoom to learn about couples needs and expectations for their wedding day
• Unlimited phone calls and emails
• Budget support and management
  
• Shared online wedding file for all contracts and important wedding documents
• Vendor selection and assistance to include all communication and management
• Site visits to ceremony and reception 
• Scheduling of and attendance at vendor appointments as requested or required
• Creation of Timeline, Ceremony Order and all other important wedding documents for ceremony and reception 
  
• Wedding party management
• Wedding rehearsal 
  
• Creation of Decor Design for Ceremony and Reception 
  
• On site coordination service on day of wedding prior to first vendor arrival through end of event
